Hisama Hirano
Profile

Hisama is owner of the "Hisama's Kitchen" and "HISAMA DINING", and is leader of the Hisama Cooking School. He came to Tokyo in 1990, and become a chef who travels to cook for different customers in Tokyo. In the following year, he receives an award from the prime minister due to his talent in Kaiseki and Kyodo food (Original food from the local land). The measurement of how his skills are praised can be seen through the performances on TV shows, magazines, advertisements, and special lectures.
In addition, he participates in producing menus in different restaurants,and lunch boxes sold in convenient stores. Recently, he was chosen for Ehime prefecture"Iyo's Tourist Ambassador."and"Ehime's Sports Adviser."He uses his creativity in one of the popular shows called, "Best Time" (TBS). He participates in the section, "Here Comes Hisama on
Rescue" every Tuesday.
